Organization of providing of road transportation of administrative staff of authorized representatives of President of the Russian Federation in federal districts, as well as of chief federal inspector in regions of the Russian Federation.
This kind of activity is carried out in nine federal districts, including in 84 regions of Russia, for which of annually conclude of contracts with various transport and other organizations.
Staff of department carry out constant monitoring quality of services and implement of complex measures, aimed to reducing the federal budget funds, allocated for this purpose.
Organization of air transportation of authorized representatives of President of the Russian Federation in federal districts, organization of overflights by aircraft of all types in all directions with provision of highest level of services.
For implementation of this kind activity of department cooperates with various airlines of country, such as JSC «Rossiya airlines», OJSC "Airline" UTair ", JSC "Airlines Uktus", with air detachment of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Fedration, as well as with air brokers, operating in business aviation, that allows to significantly extend range of aircraft and raise level of provided services.

To fulfill its obligations, staff of department conclude of agreement with contractors of widest range of activities, including laundry and dry cleaning services, services of landscaping design, maintenance of complex systems and communications of life support.
